WHAT WE DO

We know that life has its joys, challenges, traumas, setbacks, disappointments, grief, and surprises and we have the education, training, and experience to help guide you through those times. We believe that you have within you the resources it takes to navigate life’s challenges and we’re here to help you harness and utilize the strengths within yourself.

We practice Positive Psychology to help you develop: Hope & Optimism (for the future) and Happiness (for the present.) At the individual level it’s about positive traits, the capacity for love & vocation, courage, interpersonal skill, perseverance, forgiveness, originality, future mindedness, spirituality, high talent, and wisdom.

At the group level Positive Psychology is about civic virtues and the institutions that move individuals toward better citizenship, responsibility, nurturance, altruism, civility, moderation, tolerance, and work ethic.

We’re not here to tell you, “What’s wrong with you.” We’re here to tell you, “What’s right with you”.
