(The vocational version of the Career Assessment Inventory focuses on careers requiring less than two years of post-secondary training.)
The Career Assessment Inventory – Enhanced Version assessment compares an individual's occupational interests to those of individuals in 111 specific careers that reflect a broad range of technical and professional positions in today's workforce. The inventory is used by guidance counselors to help students and adults develop career and study plans, and by psychologists and human resource professionals to advise individuals on career development.

The Enhanced Version of the CAI inventory focuses on careers involving at least 4 years of post-secondary training.
The Career Assessment Inventory – Vocational Version compares an individual's vocational interests to those of individuals in 91 specific careers that reflect a range of positions in today's workforce – including skilled trades and technical and service professions – requiring 2 years or less of post-secondary training. The inventory is used by school counselors, job training specialists, psychologists, and personnel professionals who provide career guidance, adult career development, and human resource development.

The GAMA test (General Ability Measure for Adults) is a self-administered, timed test that uses abstract designs, shapes, and colors to help measure general ability. Normed on a census-based sample of 2,360 adults, it can be effective with a variety of populations and can be administered to individuals or groups. The GAMA IQ score helps estimate an individual's general intellectual ability and the 4 subtest scores provide additional information about the individual's performance.

The IDEAS™ assessment is designed to be used in conjunction with career exploration and guidance units. The IDEAS inventory helps students and adults develop an awareness of possible career choices. The IDEAS test offers 16 Basic Scales based upon the widely-accepted RIASEC themes.

Designed to help meet the increasing need for a well-validated, psychometrically sound test that can provide empirical support in courtrooms and other legal institutions, the VIP test provides a broad spectrum of information about an individual's performance on an assessment battery. As a measure of response styles, test results help assess whether the results of cognitive, neuropsychological or other types of testing should be considered representative of an individual's overall capacities.
